With Donnie Jackson set to begin his first season as head coach of the Cowley College men’s basketball team, he set out to find a top assistant coach to help him during the upcoming season. Jackson found that person in Roybell Baez. Baez spent this past season with the Laramie County Golden Eagles men’s basketball program where he helped the squad capture the Region IX regular season title. Prior to that he spent the previous four seasons as an assistant coach at Western Nebraska Community College.
