Kansas Republican senators on Friday have voted to strip Senate Majority Leader Gene Suellentrop of his leadership role, after more details about the senator’s recent arrest came out. He was set to be majority leader through 2024. He’ll keep his seat for his Wichita district. Suellentrop was arrested March 16th after allegedly driving the wrong way on the interstate.
