Starting Thursday, April 15, 2021, the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) will begin a pavement restoration project on 9th from College to Wheat Road in Winfield. The project will be done in three phases. The first will be the north side of 9th. During that phase, College street will be closed between 8th avenue and 9th avenue. Two-way traffic will remain open on 9th avenue for the duration of the proejct, with a width restriction of eight feet. The pavement restoration project is set to be completed in November of 2021.
