The City of Winfield announced, The Compost Facility has updated hours for Spring & Summer! The Compost Facility at 320 Broad St. is now open Tuesday & Thursday 12pm to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. Beginning Saturday, April 3rd, 2021, the Neighborhood Trash Program (ROLL-OFF) at 2701 E. 9th Ave. will be OPEN Saturday 8am to 11am.
