Winfield natural gas customers are going to see higher bills over a six-year period, as the city works to pay off a state-backed loan to help pay suppliers. The city manager says customers will be paying an average of $29 more a month, for six years. Customers should be ready to see utility bills showing the effects of higher usage costs starting with the March 17th billing cycle.
