The Cowley County Sheriff’s Office has launched a way for the public to share tips with police, anonymously, via a secure text message. The Sheriff’s Office is launching Tip411, an internet-based tool that enables the public to text message an anonymous tip to police and lets the officers respond back creating an anoymous two-way conversation. Anyone with a cell phone with a tip can send that information to Cowley County Sheriff’s Office by texting COWLEYTIPS and the message to 847411.
