The Cowley County Sheriff’s Office said this weekend, it was notified by several citizens they are receiving phone calls in regards to suspicious activity on their personal banking accounts and should press 1 for more information. The caller also identifies as a customer service representative of the Federal reserve. The Sheriff’s office says, please do not give any information out to these callers. Contact your banking institution personally should you have any questions about your accounts.
