The Arkansas City Planning Commission is in the early stages of rewriting the City’s Comprehensive Plan for the next decade. There will be a variety of public hearings and town hall-type meetings held later this year as part of that process. In the meantime, they really would like to begin the process of surveying the community, but they need your help. A note on the city’s Facebook page says the City will be using FlashVote to survey the community about a variety of subjects as part of the Comprehensive Plan update process. They encourage you to sign up now at http://www.flashvote.com/arkcity. They need to enroll at least 20 more people before they can start sending out the first poll!
