The USD 470 Early Literacy Initiative is making Ready Rosie available to all Cowley County residents. Ready Rosie is an early education tool designed for families with children ages birth through third grade. A release from the district says it provides caregivers with fun activities that are connected to specific,age-appropriate learning outcomes and helps families create meaningful home-learning environments. Ready Rosie is currently utilized in the USD 470 PreK and county-wide Head Start PreK programs. Cowley County residents can enroll at readyrosie.com/register using their zip code and sign up for weekly email or text messages with age-appropriate learning activities.
