The Cowley College student pantry will open for the year on Tuesday, August 31. The pantry is located in the Nelson Student Center on the Arkansas City campus and provides free food, toiletries, and cleaning products to students in need. It is run by the Phi Theta Kappa honors society through student volunteers and has grown substantially since first instituted in the spring of 2019. Last year, Cowley College students used the pantry approximately 250 times, significantly more than any previous year.
