The Cowley College Golden Tigers is an educational program offered to community members who are at least 50 years of age and/or retired. Through classes, day trips, and workshops, it seeks to provide opportunities that promote the social, intellectual, mental, spiritual, and physical health of its members. Enrollment for classes in Arkansas City will take place Tuesday, August 24 from 1-3 p.m. in the Earle N. Wright Community Room. Enrollment for classes in Wellington will be held Thursday, August 26 from 1-3 p.m. in the Short Center Community Room. Individuals unable to attend either enrollment may enroll by phone or email beginning Friday, August 27, by contacting Micah Fry at 620-441-5225 or at micah.fry@cowley.edu. Fees for classes, trips, and workshops are paid at the time of enrollment. There is a one-time $5 semester registration fee, and each class is $5. Some classes have additional costs or supplies needed. Please refer to the class schedule for details.
