From Cowley County Emergency Management: For many years, the 4th Tuesday of each February has been the annual storm spotter presentation called “Fury on the Plains.” Due to the pandemic, they will not be hosting those in person this year. The US National Weather Service in Wichita Kansas is doing several interactive presentations online.Three of the six are open for registration.
